Business Consultant
The Business Consultant will lead consulting engagements to solve business and management issues within client businesses. The Business Consultant will meet with assigned clients to determine management consulting project requirements and deliverables. Written deliverables such as business plans, marketing plans, target market analysis, competitor analysis, industry analysis, financial forecasts, company overview, feasibility studies, and alternative analysis are example deliverables that will be developed by the Business Consultant.
Research Analyst
The Research Analyst will principally be responsible for market research and data collection during company due-diligent process, interpreting data, formulating reports and making recommendations based upon the research findings. The Research Analyst will work with the client (either internal or external) on both consulting and seed fund and pre-seed fund related projects. Research work will include market research (industry, company, and competitor analysis), document collection, and collecting client company’s background information. The Research Analyst will apply both qualitative and quantitative techniques to interpret the data, present the findings, and produce substantiated recommendations.
Internships
The Launch Place is providing full- and part-time paid, long-distance and in-house internship opportunities for students majoring in business, economics, marketing, and/or technology related fields. Internships are offered in the area of business consulting, financial and investment analysis, and social media marketing. Intern duties may vary depending on organization's needs and the abilities and interests of each intern.
