Eva Doss has twenty years of experience in business consulting, strategic planning, business development and equity fund establishment and management in the United States and Europe. During her career Eva established new business ventures and seed investment opportunities, and developed strategic business partnerships for companies internationally. Eva has also worked with Booz Allen, RTI International, and the U.S. Agency for International Development in Washington, D.C.. She is a member of the Angel Capital Association Board of Directors and serves on several other corporate boards in North Carolina and Virginia, and speaks several languages.

Varun Sadana has a Master in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina – Greensboro’s Bryan School of Business. Varun also is a 2004 graduate of the University of Delhi, New Delhi, India, from where he received a Bachelor of Commerce degree. In addition, he has a Post-Graduation Diploma in Export Marketing Management from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, India.

Stephanie has deep roots in southside Virginia and, like many southerners, she loves a good story. That is probably why she landed in marketing, communications and public relations. Stephanie most enjoys working with organizations and brands that influence people’s lives and have a great story to share. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia and has completed the Sorensen Institute of Political Leaders and the Duke Nonprofit Management programs.

Mrs. Regina C. Haynes has been employed at The Launch Place since 2008, starting as a Senior Executive Assistant and is now the Office Manager. Regina's duties include the overall administrative, office management and accounting functions of the organization. She graduated from Averett University in Danville, Virginia, with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
